These terms and conditions apply to the use of the La Belle Epoque website and all orders placed.
By placing an order with La Belle Epoque, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions (The Conditions).
These terms and conditions are subject to change, so please check carefully before placing any order in case there are any changes.
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not place an order with La Belle Epoque.

Ordering
When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
La Belle Epoque hair adornments are hand-made using antique and vintage finds, they are all original, unique, individual designs from genuine period vintages pieces. So please bear this is mind when choosing to buy a La Belle Epoque piece.
In addition, all La Belle Epoque accessories are vintage, and are sold as described. If you need any further details please email [email protected]
After payment via paypal or a bank transfer ( please email me for details) a confirmation email will be sent to the email address given, detailing the order, and delivery times.
Delivery
All delivery within the UK is sent special delivery, which is fully insured, within 3 working days. We welcome our overseas customers, please email [email protected] for shipping details.
La Belle Epoque have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Refunds & Returns
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, I will refund the total cost of your order excluding postage on goods returned within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will not be given for used goods.

Goods must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of unused goods.Please note that refunds cannot be given on bespoke purchases.
